Babycare Tens Hire Process: - After you have selected Babycare TENS hire and paid for your order we will send you a pack which contains an information DVD, the contact details for Babycare TENS and your unique reference number which you will need in order to book your Tens hire.
Please note: You are effectively pre-purchasing your TENS machine hire. You will
NOT be sent an Elle TENS machine at this stage - we will send you a hire pack which comes complete with information DVD and hire instructions.
- Once you have received your pack, please watch the instructional DVD and contact Babycare TENS hire on the enclosed phone number quoting your unique reference number. You will be asked to confirm when you require the TENS machine. You must contact Babycare TENS hire so that they know when you require the TENS machine.
Delivery of your Tens Machine:The TENS machine is usually dispatched on the 37th week of pregnancy by Royal Mail 1st class.
Please allow 1-5 days for delivery. Should you require your TENS machine earlier than this, or if you are already 37+ weeks and require it urgently, please hire a unit directly from Babycare Tens to ensure a timely delivery.
- The TENS machine hire is for 35 days (5 weeks), however should you require an additional week, please contact Babycare TENS in advance who will be happy to extend this for you free of charge, subsequent weeks incur a charge of £5 per week.
- When you are finished with your Babycare TENS hire, it can be simply returned using the jiffy bag and returns address enclosed with your TENS machine hire. Full details of the returns process will be included with your Babycare TENS hire.
