The Theraline Caesarean Belt is designed to relieve swelling, protect against accidental bumps and soothe aches and pains during the weeks after the Caesarean, giving you the freedom to bond with your new baby and the confidence to quickly resume your daily activities.
The belt is made of sturdy but flexible jersey fabric. In addition, two elastic pieces are sewn in to create high wearing comfort, e.g. while bending. The tight fit also provides a slight supporting effect to the overstretched abdominal wall.
The belt comes with 4 inserts created to provide relief by day or night. Each inserts provides a different type of relief and comfort.
The Cherry Stone Pillow - The warmth from this insert soothes aches, eases uterus contractions and it can also be used for period pains, back and tummy aches, meaning it can be used far beyond pregnancy and breastfeeding.
The Gel Pad – Cools the area and reduces the risk of swelling, infections and itching.
The Shield – This feather-light plastic shell protects the area from any accidental knocks or bumps.
The Polyester Pillow – Can be combined with each of the other inserts to prolong or intensify their purpose allowing you up most comfort and protection.
