This NCT Information Sheet explains how to get a copy of your own and your baby's medical records.
You are entitled to obtain a copy of your records, should you wish to do so. This can either be because you are interested to read them or because you wish to query or complain about an aspect of your medical care. This sheet explains who to write to, what to ask for and any charges that may be involved.
